The aim of this research is to investigate global sourcing practices in the United Kingdom, with particular reference to critical success factors and best practice in the implementation of international purchasing and global sourcing.
This research requires participation by a person that has insight into company-wide worldwide sourcing strategies and their integration across functions, geographies and sites. The output from the study intends to provide understanding on current sourcing practices of companies in the UK and their relation to company strategy.
